London
Prime office rents across the City and West End, quarter by quarter.
Empireum gathers the world's CRE research into one standardized, validated, queryable dataset, served to analysts and the rest of Empireum.
Six crawlers watch the major research houses and pull every new report automatically.
Each figure gains its five dimensions and one shared unit, so numbers finally line up.
Every value is checked against expert rules. Impossible readings never reach you.
The clean dataset powers the analytics here and a governed API for the rest of Empireum.
A London rent and a Tokyo rent, finally comparable. The same geography and units run under every report we read.
Thousands of reports become one consistent dataset. Every value is standardized, validated, and traceable back to the exact page it came from.

What it measures, where, which asset class, what grade, and when. One value, five dimensions, and a standard unit.

One unit and one shared geography across every report. Compare a London rent with a Tokyo rent, this quarter against last.
Each value is checked against expert rules. Impossible readings are rejected, and every number shows exactly where it came from.
Forecasts are detected, flagged, and dated. They are never quietly mixed into the historical record.
Each place is resolved into a full hierarchy and de-duplicated against one shared world map, so a submarket, a city, and a country always line up.
data.empireum.com is the data layer. It gathers the research, makes every number mean the same thing, and delivers it clean and ready to use.
Six crawlers watch the major research houses and pull every new market report automatically, so nothing is missed and no one chases a PDF by hand.
Each figure is matched to a precise definition, placed on one shared world map, tagged by asset type and grade, and dated. Numbers from different reports finally line up.
The clean dataset powers the analytics here and is delivered through a governed API to the rest of Empireum, every value carrying its source and as-of date.

Why we built Empireum
We built Empireum because the numbers analysts rely on are scattered across thousands of PDFs, and hardly any of them agree.
Every research house measures things a little differently. One report's prime rent is another's headline rent; a yield here is a cap rate there; a figure buried in a chart never makes it into a spreadsheet. Comparing a London office with a Tokyo one used to mean a week of cleanup, stale the moment a new report landed.
So we made the tedious part automatic. Empireum reads every report the moment it's published, including the numbers locked inside the charts, and gives each figure its five dimensions and one shared unit. A London rent and a Tokyo rent finally line up.
We were strict about trust. Every value is checked against expert rules before it is stored, impossible readings are rejected, and every number tells you exactly where it came from. When the system meets a term it does not know, it researches and proposes it, but a person always approves the change. It never edits its own knowledge base.
What you get is one clean, standardized, queryable source of truth, comparable across cities, currencies, and quarters, and served to the rest of Empireum.
We love the analysis. We just hate the cleanup. Empireum lets you skip straight to the good part.
